TRANSFER OPTIONS FROM PORT DENARAU TO KORONIKULA BASE

All prices are in FJD and paid directly to the relevant provider 
OPTION 1
From Port Denarau – Catch the Malolo Cat from Port Denarau at 8am and arrive at Musket Cove by 9am.  You will be greeted by a representative from our Malolo Outdoor Adventures Team who will take you across to Koronikula Base by boat where your adventures will begin for either horse riding, fishing, surfing, snorkeling, hiking or over night camping and home stays.. 
 
The last boat to leave Musket Cove departs at 3.45pm and arrives at Port Denarau at 4.50pm.  
 
Each Way Adult Fare FJD105   Book directly with Malolo Cat at Port Denarau
Each Way Child Fare FJD52.50 
Book and pay directly with Malolo Cat at Port Denarau or Musket Cove
 
OPTION 2
PRIVATE BOAT TRANSFERS for all activities – If you need transfer arrangements to make the most of your day, we can assist in booking our “Private Boat Transfer” to and from Koronikula Base.
1-6 PAX  FJD150 p.p – One Way for the boat hire
1-6 PAX FJD250 P.P – Return fare for boat hire 
Travelling time is 30 minute boat ride from Port Denarau to Koronikula Base.  Please let us know if you will be travelling with surfboards
Payment is paid directly to the Boatman
 
Passengers can choose to be dropped from Koronikula Base to Musket Cove where you can buy lunch or snacks before taking the Malolo Cat back to Port Denarau, Tickets purchased at Musket Cove for your return to Port Denarau.
Last boat leaves at 3.45pm 
 
OPTION 3
For those wanting to access Malolo Outdoor Adventures located on Koronikula Base, Malolo Island and are staying at, or being picked up from either Musket Cove, Plantation Island, Funky Fish Lomani or Six Senses –
Transfer costs will be FJD25 per person each way for 2 or more passengers or $30 for a single passenger, and is paid directly to the Boatman.
 
For transfer costs from any other surrounding Resorts or Islands, please contact us via email for pricing.  
 

LANDING FEE DONATION

As you will be riding on native land belonging to local village tribes living on Malolo, it has
been agreed with the village elders that every participant riding on their land make a
donation to their village fund which assists with the many needs of the families living in the village. This money goes towards water purification, medical supplies and educational
needs for the children attending school in the village.

A Village Donation box will be available for you to make your donation. Or please hand your donation to a Team member before commencing your activity or adventure.

CHILD MINDING

Child minding will be available for parents who wish to participate in any of our activities.
The child minding is done by local ladies who have experience in childcare and looking after children. Their fee is $20 per hour. Please bring along some food snacks and drinks for your child.  Sunscreen and insect repellent is also a good idea.

They are also welcome to bring along their swimmers to paddle in the beach area and play in the sand. Payment is to be made directly to your lady assigned to your child. All children will remain on Koronikula until their parents return from their
adventures. 

PAYMENTS

For those having trouble making payments online. please note that payments can be made with cash on site when you arrive at Malolo Horse Riding Base either AUD or FJD – please note that there will be limited change on site.  So please have the correct amount of money in an envelope with your name on it and make sure you email us of your arrival date and details so we can have you on our booking sheet for the day.
